It goes on just like mascara.
You have one tube that contains the transplanting gel and you apply that like mascara - I don't even use any mascara underneath it. Some people do and that works great, too! Then I apply my green tea fibers which come in the smaller tube. Finally, I seal in the fibers with another coat of the transplanting gel.
And VOILA! You can see in this picture the difference in this beautiful Presenter's eyes!
I am a contact lens wearer with super sensitive eyes. This is the first mascara I can wear all day long without it irritating my eyes! The collagen in it has even made my eyelashes look healthier and stronger. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!
